Over the past 6 months, I have responded to probably 6 solicitations from area wholesalers (mostly yellow letters), and I have not received one single follow-up call!  

My bills on the house are around 900 a month including vacancy reserves.  

It seems that for serious consideration, a borrower has to have 6 months of the mortgage saved up.

We increased the frequency in which it was serviced. 

I quit my job in tech a couple of months ago and I'm excited to pivot into real estate investing. 

I think transunion has stopped supplying information in states where they don't believe they can comply with local law  but they don't have an actual set of states listed like some services.

I try to target $500 per hour and $10,000 per month.
