If the building has underground heated parking, a pool, a kick-a__s workout room, and other luxury amenities it might make sense, otherwise, I doubt it would be worth getting into that building. 

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) for everything but the bedrooms, and those should be in carpet.

Since I am planning to sell I am trying to find answers to the following questions:1)Is it a good idea to install luxury Vinyl on top of the existing wooden floor for the best ROI?

I have spent substantial time researching my market for storage facilities and I also have the luxury of working for a bank and can look at appraisals and feasibility studies as they come in.

We are basically building a stand alone luxury 1 bedroom/1bath condo.

Our Property Manager believes she is not interested in resolving with other options and was finding a way to lodge complaint with SCHAC.

Lots of new development (mostly luxury rentals) here, easy commute to Downtown JC and Downtown NYC, plus a ferry coming in September to Downtown NYC. 

I HIGHLY doubt that is the case in Il though, and if not, it is considered a luxury and you are perfectly ok getting it fixed in a little over a week.

Or just a luxury?
