Hi  Micheal Its been a sense last post on Stonebridge capital group , what was your experience doing business with them are they legit ? 

There are a FEW wholesalers that provide occasionally legit and good deals and there are many more who propagate trash and call it treasure.You're in good hands with @Forrest Faulconer here and should you need anything at all in OKC you've got the attention of one of the brightest agents I've met!

Legit seminars are not only a great source of good information, they may well be the only source.

Are they legit?

One person is going to be more trusting of the individual (yellow letter) while the other will feel better about working with what the believe is a more legit company (professional, letterhead, etc).Good luck!
