After coming across mobile home investing and getting past the initial thoughts of not wanting to do it because... well... mobile homes don’t sound appealing, I have done some more reading and listening and watching it and I actually think it’s brilliant for someone in my position.

I am closely watch the rules on evictions during this time in all my states.

The owner was pretty frantic when I called but what I got from the situation was, she wants to sell her home because she is an older lady and she will not be able to pay the mortgage off.

However, their at home watching the news being paralyzed with fear and will be very hesitant to work with a stranger during this time.All strategies work but I believe it will be good to focus on facebook leads and creating a website to generate leads.
