Block out all pertinent information (address, zip code, MLS number, etc) that can identify the property to someone else.

My 1031 exchange has been progressing and needs to complete by the end of January 2020 to avoid the gains taxes from the original sale that occured in August.Since my last update I can say that I have purchased 3 of the 4 identified properties in Dayton and there is one more to close in the next few weeks.
