(Hint hint: car dealerships stopped measuring for quotas/bonuses/etc at the day that is the end of the calendar month like 20 years ago, or otherwise found another way to measure...)The fact that even THEY knew about that "hack," is what told you that word was out, it was no longer niche or insider information, and thus it was no longer necessarily a guaranteed recipe for success.

But I'd say if you are looking at going from a 3 bed to a 4 bed in worthington or dublin or somethwere like that you will add more in rent but the real bonus will be the additional appreciation and demand on the sale side.

Essentially the home will be adjusted to sit on a 5 acre parcel for selling, we then will condition any sale to include a requirement to reconvey 2.7 acres back to us and they will own 2.3 acres with both structures.As a bonus on this we plan to offer owner financing at slightly lower interest rates to provide an easier path to a partial release when the time comes.
