In general, How is DTI measured in relation to discharged debts still being paid but not reaffirmed?Details:4 years post chapter 7 bankruptcy, how is discharged loan debt that the home owner is still paying looked at ...

Much of the area has appreciated pretty rapidly the past few years, so great deals are getting harder to find and some retail buyers are being forced into rentals.   

However, delaying the sale for at least 2 years isn't really going to cut it, because the option gives them the right to force a sale for any period during the duration of the option.
