Working class people in C class housing who are laid off during an economic downturn will get by on unemployment and SNAP (food stamps) because those things will cover much of what their income was when working.

We don't drink a lot and may have food allergies or are vegan and can't justify the incredibly high cost associated with all inclusive resorts.

In case you're wondering why I'm stuck on a Corp instead of LLC, after reading the "Own/Run your own Corp" Rich Dad series, we're decided that we want a C Corp to maximize the fringe benefits.

I see many posts here on BP where a tenant had water damage, or the fridge broke and the tenant wants them to pay for spoiled food or to be relocated - this is the purpose of renters insurance.

Food for thought get the projects that bring in money done first, aka finish a unit and get funds coming in before jumping to the next.

We also count "income equivalents" such as food stamps and utility subsidies during the qualification process.  

Thats down the road but food for thought. 

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

BP would have us believe anybody can make it rich but it's not for everyone.

After your friend/friends has/have gone through the fridge and eaten her food and gone through her personal effects a few times times and listened to loud music while was trying to sleep, I think she would probably want to leave.
