Funny how this editorial is no good, yet if it was from a liberal newspaper like say the LA Times it would be perfectly fine.  

Are you looking for a broker that does fannie/freddie residential or more of a commercial style broker who does 30 year loans with no income verification, no limit on the # of financed properties, LLC is fine, etc etc?

All real estate is local and as long as you make sound judgments on the quality of the investment and conservative with your numbers, you will be fine.

I am fine with that but would like to set a price now before I put a ton of work into it and raise the property value.

Everybody knows that and its generally fine for a tax audit.

But if you are already using champions with them I think they will do fine, champions is one of the top course providers in Texas.

Just make sure you have a reliable cleaning crew and a maintenance guy who understands the STR market and you'll be fine.
