I'm quite sure the fractional ownership is okay, but is the lease option idea feasible while accomplishing tax deferral of the capital gains.

I want to understand all dimensions of the equation from feasibility of a Real Estate investment given a realistic market trends to tax benefits, to rent implications, to worst case and best case analysis...etc.I want to do this in an orthodox way.

@Winn Cook so the electric lift stations are done quite frequently in the mountains or very flat areas where gravity flow is not feasible.

But we all have to crawl before we can run - for many people, getting a whole portfolio going right of the bat just isn't feasible, which is why that first door is so high-pressure, it's make or break.

The fact that you closed on ONE property with similar numbers doesn't mean finding a second is feasible.
