If it were to be flattened I can’t imagine rebuilding in that same fashion.

Heck, for some of us it probably means doing it the old fashioned way with for rent signs on the front yard.

@Kevin Chan timing is certainly important, and being able to ride the growth wave is a huge cherry on top (if not a whole extra scoop of ice cream).
