The BP app seems really bad..too many things to go into detail.....I avoid it and have to log in each time with chrome...I have better experience  from.laptop than phone..Is it on my end?

You need to be more specific with details.

My investors want to see a complete package detailed before they would fund and most deal makers fall short in putting the right package together to get investors to fund deals.

I read several real estate books and I heard about buying houses from homeowners who can't make payments but I never got exact details about how to do this.
