The Seller would be required to maintain fire and extended coverage insurance on the property, with the TB named as an additional insured on the policy.

I just came across a killer deal on a 1990 1 ton ford extended  van , 160,000 miles, good body , needs paint , runs great for $ 200. at a moving sale  , another $ 150 got me 7 extention ladders various sizes and a  20 ft walk board.

You could really extend your money if you had the 100K in cash and financed the other 300K.For 200K total you should be able to find a number of duplexes on the west side of town or the east side of town that will gross you over $2,000/month.

@Walt PayneIf you take Solo 401k Participant Loan, the terms are as follow:- Amortized over 5 years (not 30 years with balloon payment)- Interest rate is Prime + 1% (currently 4.25%)- If loan is used for the purchase of primary residence the loan can be extended to 15 years.
