I'm starting this discussion to document our experiences and also seek advice/insight from the BP community as we know we have a long road ahead of us before closing... and not to mention the reno!

This provides me with real life investor relationship experience and a success track record.. check-I started what is now a worldwide podcast interviewing successful real estate investor and entrepreneurs.. this shortened the learning curve and provided me with insights from the best minds in the game.. check.

I plan to flip the home and would really like to connect with some Dorchester property experts to make sure that I don't over invest in the rehab.

I'm not an expert on Wichita, but I'll bet a beer that your return on your Parker house, when considering rents AND appreciation, is much higher than the same amount of money invested in Wichita.
