This is a very debatable topic but...I have a self-directed IRA.

I was considering real estate to replace that income someday.Anyway, I was debating whether or not to go after my real estate license to add to my income .

I thought I bring this topic back to the top of the forum by asking if there are any success stories from anyone who's attended or taken Phil's program since this last post (which was posted 3 years ago..)I just went to his workshop here in LA this past weekend and I'm debating on signing up with the AMPS program.

As far as an LLC goes, it's been debated heavily on BP recently, and I'm not sure what the consensus is??!
