I'm testing the waters to see if I can practice safely in regards to maintaining my balance, learning how to manage the work load and avoiding infection.

The roof, furnace, and water heater are all new within the last 5 years.

Anyway, I have dipped my toe in the water as far as real estate and am ready for a full-on plunge. 

It comes with a fully enclosed 2 stall barn with water and electric.

Have your verfied the numbers, water insurance, etc?

We are looking to take advantage of that before rates go up and/or the market begins to cool down.

You can then choose to walk away if the numbers don't work.Also, you should request/receive thorough disclosures from the seller/ seller's agent that also notes areas that need repair, or items that were recently replaced (i.e. water heater was replaced last month, etc.).
