Hi Jermaine, as mentioned earlier, I am curious why you are wanting to transfer title to the LLC?

I just transferred that over to my account today and asked to receive a statement showing the history of the water bill.

If the currency has appreciated substantially since the time I bought I'll sell and transfer the money back to USD.  2.

Why transfer a property in your partner's name into a land trust instead of your LLC when you already have the LLC and its operating terms established?

Also you want to know if there are any security deposits and/or ;last months rents that need to be transferred to you as you can bet that if the tenant leaves they will claim they gave the previous landlord both of these items!

We will then transfer title to the LLC upon closing (we have received lenders permission to do this).My question is, when we come to purchase another property will the lender view me as responsible for the whole mortgage debt and only 33.3% of the income?

@natelya gUnderstand the transfer taxes, or stamps, that states/counties charge on sales, as you will be paying both sides. 

I invest in SE Michigan from out of state and while I understand you're local, it has been worth it to me to not have to deal with my property on a monthly basis and just get a transfer once a month.
