Most vacation rentals will  house groups of 5-10 and may offer a more private feel but there may not be properties like that in the area.I agree there are two components - the real estate investment and owning part of a business. 

How far along are the units components in their useful life?  

The components are so easy to install and remove i put them up when its empty and back in my closet when occupied. 

With either an engineering or craftsmanship that requires that amount of periodic rework of major building components, most houses would be constantly under renovation!

At the end of the day, if the investment is sound, where and how you acquire the money to make it is to me not a significant component...even when it is borrowed.

Networking has honestly been the sole component to bringing me to where I am now so I am excited to get out more and see what great things 2016 will bring.
