This makes it easier to sell because it's often cheaper for buyers and more profitable than selling one large piece of land.Also if you partner with a builder or developer, you can offer to sell the land and the house (not yet built) before the construction begins.Best of luck!

I have looked at a few deals in the Greenville/Spartanburg area and I would want to buy them even cheaper in your market.More recently - I have negotiated a deal with a local investor who wants to build a portfolio of 20 Class C-D rental properties, but he wants me to provide them in "turnkey" condition.

Yes, I would agree, you could probably find something cheaper in places like Fort Morgan or Pueblo, but why would you want to have a rental property so far away from where you live?
