Once you have a few properties and experience under your belt, then you can negotiate with your self about embracing such applicant profiles or conditions.Security Clearance has nothing to do with background checks.If so I assume once you do a background check the US government will notify you that they will not share any data on the person.Best wishes.darn secret agents!

My Goals for 2021:Now that I have 2 cash flowing LTR’s under my belt, I’ve set my sights on STR for my next investment goal.

I agree that there is opportunity in every neighborhood with the right plan in place, I would just like to enter into those type of challenges with some experience under my belt.  

-Now I have created a team of lenders and wholesalers in the area to provide me with deals and have a few contractors under my belt to perform work. still looking for a mentor. have been studying for 5 months and wholesaled a few properties. getting into flips and buy/holds.

Although BRRRR is an amazing strategy, I highly recommend exploring house hacking in order to hit the ground running and get some experience under your belt.
