Does anyone have a website they use to analyze airbnb deals?

I know this is VERY broad and specific numbers would need to be analyzed, but I'm merely interested in ppl's initial thoughts on the issue.

I'd check out @Anson Young 's Youtube series on Bigger Pockets on analyzing markets for deals - he also wrote a book and it's full of goodness. 

Anyone know any good ones out there? There are so many real estate investing books but I can't believe there are almost none when it comes to this topic (as far as I can see). 

Hi Andrew, I am new to this as well.If I had someone like that I could trust I would ask them to sit down with me and look over some deals I have analyzed already.

Finding a lender,a good contractor, analyzing potential properties etc.Crazy cause I've been reading and watching videos about this for almost a year and have alot of knowledge, but still a little overwhelmed about where to start..lol what's the best way to look for a lender?

Ask to see their model and how they analyze.
