With the help of our mentor we compiled a new build, single family, and are closing on a flip soon.

This assumes there are no third parties who took an interest between the original deed and the new deed (think mortgage lender). 

I'm not sure if this will work or not, but what about buying it through an LLC?

@Nedim Tokman 90% of people that buy courses - never do any investing to use them:(I have paid for courses in the past, with the understanding that I was paying to get the info faster than I could research it myself. 

I would set up a family trust, if you have a ton of equity maybe you refi the properties into an LLC but if you are locked in with lower rates then I wouldn't touch the ownership piece yet. 

Since this will be a lengthy process I will attwmpt to fill these units up with short term office tenants, or anyone that is looking for storage space.
