You should read “Rich Dads Who Took My Money” it’s a short book, my second if not more favorite than Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

The one's waiting are the one's who can predict the future with certainty I guess.....and the one's selling lots of books so you too can get mega rich just like them.

For me, my rich dad was my unfair advantage.

@Isabella G.Instead of trying to be a charity yourself, perhaps go down to the city council and befriend someone there and discuss having them see what kind of things other cities are doing to solve this problem and then implementing it in your city.Unless you're rich, in which case you can spend enough of your own money to solve the problem.Good Luck!

I have read his BRRRR book, the long distance real estate book, the millionaire next door, rich dad poor dad, the cash flow quadrant and many others and I technically BRRRR’d a 4plex last year after 500+ hours of sweat and now by the grace of God own 8 doors.

They figured that all they had to do was read the book and all riches would fall in their wake. 

Most don't play in my sandbox as it is a GET RICH SLOW strategy and doesn't always carry that quick turnover that the property plays give you.

@James Purvis - Keith Weinhold (Get Rich Education Podcast) has a great episode that goes deep into why leverage is good.
