I'm forming my LLC now online thru MD... do you see any benefit to adding my wife's name to the business ?

I have looked online but only 2-3 companies come up that manage smaller multi-family apartment buildings.

I am in the process of closing on a property I picked on an online auction.

And your at the mercy of a very steep learning curve.. your not going to learn the reality and nuts and bolts reading about this on line.. its a belly to belly business one needs to get in the game and network with those in the game.

Once you've identified your path you can seek out specific information on the same such as podcasts, threads, online information, etc.

@Basilio Torres:I think you'll discover that most of these type auctions result in the Bank buying back the property and then placing the property for sale with a Real Estate agent or online Auction Web site.

They have the network and might have a tenant for the property.Go to SIOR online and there is a search feature there for office and industrial brokers.The attorneys usually handle the leases for negotiation and signing. 

Go through the house, determine what materials are required, price them at a typical home depot and or lowes etc. research online what you may need to do anything.
