We have found policies that would cover the entire property if it was not owner occupied, and we have found policies that would cover the property if the units were connected. 

I searched for the similar bill in 2024, but couldn't locate it online.

Hello I am local to Cleveland/Akron Market and also beginner in real-estate looking for connection that i can work with to secure my first two  investment properties .

I usually ask for some form the rent roll/rent ledger showing payment history and some form of proof of payment (I'm a bit paranoid) for the last two months (deposit receipts, bank statements, online receipts for payments made online rent portals, etc.) 

Just looking to connect with some fellow investors/ real estate professionals.

I usually connect my investors with my contractor or inspector to walk through the property so that everything can be sorted out in one go, or I have my clients make an offer subject to a walkthrough, allowing us to get the ball rolling.
