This doesn't mean everything will always go right, it just means they know how to be pro-active to minimize possible problems, and know how to quickly handle situations and nip them in the bud when they pop up. 

I understand that the CRA taxes you capital gains when you sell your property however is it best to minimize cash flow to reduce the amount of taxable income you have to disclose or is there a better way around it?

I was under the assumption that units such as this were put on the roof to avoid these issues.PS: I've already notified the neighboring property owner of the noise and I've received minimal communication back.
