Youn Profeshonals etc.It’s nice to have less roofs but depends on the complex itself.Are the unit in walk -up building (up and down) or 2 story town house style.The second is often more in demand because they are larger.It is a low cap, but that’s Orland I guess...How much money do you need to spend per door to achieve higher cap?

I remember reading somewhere that it was a state of Massachusetts requirement for the property manager of a rental building to post their property management company name (or landlord's name if he/she also manages the building) and phone # on a sign outside the front door of a rental building.

(i wouldn't think you would on 7 units).Closing cost could be 1%-2% of purchase price, CPA you don't need for closing. appraisal for 7 units could be around $1000-$1500.Home-inspection maybe $150-$200 Per door Max. depends on the "depth" of the report.Environmental Phase 1 around $1500 if you need one.
