@Hai Le - Usually you have to provide written notice / 30 day notice if you decide to not renew their lease or even just asking a tenant to leave.

I would like to learn more about seller financing, I see a lot of information on the internet about seller financing but honestly I am just confused.

Rent on a 4 bedroom place may be $5000 monthly ($12,000 in Manhattan); rent it by the bedroom for $1500 per bedroom with access to all common areas.  

In Ontario we now have a mandatory Lease from the Gov. that we have to use.

Hi @Rene Hosman -In a nutshell, I find motivated sellers and tenants with damaged credit (or ones without a large enough down payment) and work to put the tenants in the seller's house with an option to buy.
