I currently work as an entry-level Electrical Engineer at a manufacturing plant in Columbia, SC.

It provided a level of comfort for all parties.  

But I would say they are basic level renovations.

*Even this varies a lot from market to market, and you may find with a lot of competition from other investors, you'd be wasting your time making offers at this level (too low)...or overpaying (too high) if your market is depressed...bottom line, get to know your market.

We didn't ramp up as fast or as much as you plan to, we hit the level we could handle to self manage in our free time.  

I read recently for the first time in years entry level properties are finally heating up vs the higher end.

The next few years are going to be about taking things to the next level, so I'm sure I'll have some stuff to share.

Again, paying more for the same level of insurance coverage = killing deals.

We really need additional consistent members to take it to the next level. 

recently got a lead, the guy who has the property is a flipper and says that he does a couple a flips a year, the house is a 4bd 2ba garage and 2 levels, in a very decent neighborhood.
