When I look at their apps, I have seen some with the following type of set up:"Each adult must apply and pay a separate application fee" and then later in the app it says each applicant must submit the $50 app fee or $75 for a married couple.So, if 2 unmarried adults wanted to apply, they'd have to pay a total of $100, but a married couple would only pay $75.

What apps or websites are a must have?

Does address info on credit report match credit application..multiple address on report, but not listed on app..not good...probably a reason it's not disclosed..I recently took an application on someone with a great job, but no verifiable rental history..a 30K car loan on report, but basically doesn't pay landlord and moves around a lot....PASSED ON THAT ONE!

Using the HAR and Realtor.com apps are great resources to determine school performance and demographics.  

They  had an old previous rental 7 years ago with very vague landlord info provided on their app and mentioned that they left it as it had mold.
