But I am curious what numbers they're giving you, how much you're putting down, and how much you expect to make. 

I am considering renting a room in my Chicago Logan Square 2 unit.

I'm interested in buying a SFH home in CO springs as a long term rental.

I am usually very flexible and have had the yard cleaned up at the tenant's request; however, now he has requested maintenance every 3 months to be inclusive of his current rent and had a "deal" with the previous landlord. 

I bought the house in June (titled it to my corp), and am preparing it for Section 8 occupancy as of October 1.

I am looking to sell a STR,  Are there buyers who buy a fully furnished property?

@Luke Bricca  I am or was a GC and can see about 20k coming into a simple remodeling project.

(total approx 200k)We cannot find anyone to loan us money (ok we tried like 2 places)---I just never thought this would be so difficult because we own a house outright & we are still getting turned down because of 2 late mortgage payments when my husband was injured & out of work for 5 months last year.We both work and made enough money on our first flip to buy the 350k house outright.I am a real estate agent & our area is very rural. 

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts.
