I'd rather do a land contract after reading on it and learning more about it...I've just heard and read that lease options usually dont pan out...

I'm looking for ways to save few bucks without compromising quality, and to share this information with everyone else reading this thread.This is for toilet paper only. 

The bill for this month was $240.I want to add that I have had leaky faucets, a running toilet, and a leaky connection to a washing machine cause my bill to increase by $50-100.My suggestion is to check every unit for leaks.

The house was already in livable condition but I have improved it by installing a new toilet, painting every room, tearing the kitchen down to the studs and installing brand new flooring, cabinets, and appliances.

the issue is you have to have everything I vacation rentals (pans, pillows, sheets, etc). it had to be a fully functioning house.

save the notice in case you run out of toilet paper.

I will post before pictures later today or tomorrow.We will start painting this Saturday, plus I need to line up a contractor to replace the doors and do some carpentry & drywall.Plumber will be in later to replace kitchen sink, toilet, faucets all around, and change a gas valve out.

The plumbing contract involves all new piping for 3 kitchens (sink, dishwasher), 4 bathrooms (tub/stall, sink, toilet, gas line for oven), 1 laundry room (washer, gas dryer, slop sink) and 2 gas water heaters.  

Why would you go fix somebody's toilet for free just cos you own the property?

As long as they held my pots and pans and gave me a surface to prep food on, I was happy.
