They have great training in the "sell what we have listed" as well as teaching the ins and outs of the MLS system, etc.The problem is that they don't quite "get" the investor mindset.IE: Multiple comp plans so that when you are purchasing for yourself, you can make some money.

Once you have a deal under contract, then you can approach someone who is experienced in your area to guide you through your project for a split of the profit or JV with you and teach you what they know through the process of you project.
