I realize there are agents and brokerages who specialize in selling to investors (via a variety of means), and I've bought properties from some of them.But the way the term is commonly used here on BP and in Guru teachings does not involve a licensee.

The one downside about the furnished rental biz is that it doesn't teach you how to flip properties, buy properties, or wholesale.

I teach my students how to have this conversation with the agent so it is a win/win.  

I want to get to a point where I can eventually bring others under me and teach what you all know.Any guidance would greatly appreciated, I've been freeing up my schedule so my time is very open during the week.

They have great training in the "sell what we have listed" as well as teaching the ins and outs of the MLS system, etc.The problem is that they don't quite "get" the investor mindset.IE: Multiple comp plans so that when you are purchasing for yourself, you can make some money.

Once you have a deal under contract, then you can approach someone who is experienced in your area to guide you through your project for a split of the profit or JV with you and teach you what they know through the process of you project.

If they teach it why don't they tell you the counties that do it.

It teaches you the market, the players and limits risk.
