The units were bare basic and would be easy to maintain (especially since we wouldn't be the ones doing it :) but there were too many negatives for us.

Otherwise, check references, search sites like www.AVVO.com or Lawyers.com, their firm's website should be maintained and provide specific resources on topic (this is a good indication that the attorney is tech savvy and more likely to check their emails), you can also see if they are active and have good support on social media sites such as linkedin.

I also have been reading/studying/jumping around What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow.I hope to put a plan in place in the next few months, and then practice running deals until I am in financial position to act on a deal.
