My wife and I are about to move into a parsonage (free housing) and will be in a wonderful financial position to really start working toward financial independence and early retirement (we are both 33). 

I have been building my investment portfolio over the last few years with the goal of reaching financial independence by the age of 35 (6 years from now). 

I would imagine a Zillow add would have had double the responses, based on normal CL vs Zillow adds on my SF rentals.Here are the rough #s:Land: 50 independent lots valued at about $500kWater sewer hookup fees: 500KRoads + Infrastructure: $750kTotal all in to get infrastructure ready: 1.75m for 50 lots on water/sewer...Then to roll the trailers in for rent/sale....Definitely a need for more affordable housing in the market, but just not sure if its a build it and they will come scenario....and how long to unload trailers vs. rentals

I've also dabbled in some Machine Learning projects.In terms of Real Estate, there are some sites that provide statistics on crimes reported in California, https://openjustice.doj.ca.gov/exploration/crime-statistics, and history data of housing markets in California https://www.car.org/marketdata/data/housingdata/%20I was able to download all this data, and with some more time, (I'm pretty busy), can find some correlation and potentially some good deals.

That required income was then compared to annualized average weekly wage data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

By the way, what did you sign on the listing agreementAll that being said, Realtor Code of Ethics (assuming your agent is a Realtor as not all agents are Realtors) requires carrying out the fiduciary responsibility to their clients and putting their interest above their own...Interestingly, the National Association of Realtors puts out statistics how residential properties which are marketed with less than a 2.5% cooperating commission have drastically fewer showings (I vaguely recall 66% less approx, but this later last year when I read it).I know most people won’t believe me when I say I don’t let it affect my business.
