By the time you pay for soft costs such as soils engineering, architectural design services, structural engineering, title 24 and permits plus construction costs it just won't be worth the head aches and even then it is a very time consuming effort.

The other thing is I think the market went a little soft in May compared to April.  

Talk with a few others before you throw in the towel.

In my case, I'll cater to them to pull in additional revenue and include amenities like towels for wiping down the bikes and jeeps.

A flashlight and a paper towel tube can do some wonderful things :)Last tip would be to use an area or grid exposure setting and not a point (center point of lens) This way the camera will try and balance out the lighting on it's own across the whole area and not just the center of the lens. 

My dad was an Army guy, so I have a soft spot for that branch in particular.
