I am looking to use the property as a short-term AirBnB rental property and see potential revenue streams sometime during this 6 month period.However, the condominum needs a carpet removed, 11x14 (approximate) laminated wood flooring, painting, new countertops, and some finishing work.

I use at least 10% capex for a $1000 per month rental. let's look at floor capex. assume 1200 sf of flooring.
