Is that separate from Quickbooks?

Thus far, our tenants are people separating from a long term relationship, leaving their parents' home for the first time, somebody here on temporary work assignment (which looks to maybe becoming permanent), somebody who just moved out here to take a new job and isn't sure of where they want to live permanently and somebody who is recently disabled, but is waiting for social assistance to come through and is living off of a 401k and needs to stay some place as inexpensive as possible to make her money stretch.  

That being said, I once made six separate demands to HSBC and got to no response.  

They are all on separate electric, so I will have to buy 3 water heaters.

An option is, to pay a contractor (assuming you could find someone who knows how to) or estimator to give you an accurate / detailed estimate, separating materials and labor per trade, to verify your rehab costs.

Can you put in separate meters or submeters to charge water consumption back to the users?

Would you suggest that I run comps separately and then also use the rent calculator here on BP?

In the public records your new LLC now looks like it's totally separate from you personally.
