Business credit depends on good to excellent personal credit, comes with 0% interest to sweeten the deal and doesn’t report to your personal credit reports unless you default.

My last look at Consumer Reports had Bosch taking the top 3 out of 5 spots (if I remember correctly).

The tax law changed the deductibility of personal interest as reported on Schedule A, Itemized Deductions, hope this helps.

That would lessen the blow a bit.Seller financing may also interest you - you can hold a note upon the sale and spread out the CG tax hit by reporting the gain in installments when payments are received.

I'm tired of every time I take a mortgage out, my credit report gets pinged. 

That way you have the most recent, up to date information in their screening report.
