Anyone here with experience installing rainwater collection systems either below or above ground on new construction vs drilling for a well? 

I was reading the eviction statutes and it seems that I have to hand deliver the notice to the tenant or post it on the property.

I’m curious to hear your thoughts and experiences on fix and flip projects.

Any experience with this on your end?

Our agent has experience dealing with/removing squatters and Georgia just updated their laws regarding squatters.

But that is just a personal opinion based on personal experience with government tenants in California.

Our experience in similar projects and the strong market demand in the area further solidified our interest in this property.

This way, others can participate at their own comfort level and enjoy the community’s shared experiences without feeling pressured.
