I am starting to explore a new business plan in CA that would essentially include placing newly constructed manufactured homes on lots that I own for rental in the Section 8 program.  

There are tons of programs and opinions on pricing.

Loving the Bigger Pockets programs and would love to have a chat in person. 

Is anyone familiar with the Freddie Mac Home Possible loan program?

There are plenty of other benefits, including perks for investors, ibuyer programs, team building, stock earning, healthcare, and even building a retirement plan - but I'm not going to bore you here!  

I have an MBA, Masters in Finance, and passed all 3 levels of the CFA program.

@Chris Williams You can't go more than 4 units with the FHA, 3.5% down program.

I currently just closed on a 3bed 2bath home using a cov. loan at 3% and use down payment assistance and closing programs to cover a majority of the cost to buy the house.

I have been to a few real estate meetings in Virginia and D.C. in which, they were more into paying for their programs and that’s not down my alley.

Can monitor and program them remotely, can trigger events on other APIs, etc.
