I like to listen to talk radio a lot and will get my news during program breaks on the station.

@davido davido I was stationed in Oak Harbor Washington and I know for a fact if you had the land for an RV park you could make a huge profit. 

I decided to buy in a B/C neighbourhood 1/4 mile from a train station in an area which state policy suggested should be redeveloped by 2030 to a much higher density.

I want to be within walking distance to features that matter like decent dining, possibly mass transit (My London VRBO was maybe 25 steps from the tube station, at best, ultra convenient).

It's the so-called HMLs that have the audacity to request a couple years Tax Returns that send me into orbit.

Maybe the Expo line will finally do it although I remember some criticism about station locations not being particularly beneficial to the area.I think areas near the current push of gentrification and civic redevelopment are safe bets.  

I recently ran across the story below about a cop who shot an unarmed man at a gas station and from just a few feet away the officer shot 4 or 5 shots at the guy and only grazed the guy in the leg.  

I go to the local fire station and ask for referrals.  

When they see that you are not going to go away (usually about the second or third time you request a meeting at the station), they will redirect manpower to address the issue to get you out of their hair.2.
