Today I learned that there is a "LinkedIn for Physicians" and other medical professionals: https://www.doximity.com/Really successful company that apparently has over 80% of all physicians in the US in their network.Why do you think this doesn't exist for Real Estate?

I was wondering if there are any other medical students or soon to be medical professionals who are current real estate investors that would like to create a discussion on any tips and tricks for those with thousands in student loans, along with very little time for other business ventures during the grueling years of schooling and post-grad training.

Medical and education are the best.

Those ledgers (ie: books) should be audited by an independant accounting entity annually or more oftenas needed.If you need outside intervention in your specific case start with local authorities and work your way up.
