I am not too sure about the schools, but I think it's Richland 2 schools, maybe?  

There is also a rule that allows for extenuating circumstances and for what is called a "Change in Life Circumstance" which would pertain to a move related to a work, school, increase in family (GLA needed), retirement (down-sizing) etc.So Covid is actually on the list of examples when it comes to this issue and how its treated.

@Kel BalaseMy parents purchased a personal residence in Katy, TX.New Houses(constructed after 2000) can be very affordable given the school districts, safety, age of home, etc.I don't invest here but I can see it working for others.

I've conducted a fair share of research and seems to be a growing big city suburb with good schools and a high renter rate.

Learn the area, jump on google earth, start rating the high schools, find where the hospitals are, and where the large employers are located.
