I have called my other GC twice this week to understand the game plan on the flip but he cannot even return a phone call which leads me to know for certain there is no one at the house working to get us closer to rough inspections.

I know there are many factors that come into play. 

It would be a great excuse to plan a trip to watch a live NFL game there while checking out a few properties I own.

I would have liked to have the recent one with the pit bull try legal action as 1) they violated their lease 2) it was a pit bull 3) the other tenant has children that play daily in the common area things like soccer, kick ball etc.  4) The dog was not well behaved.   

I guess my KS mind is blown - there are very little if any appreciation plays here - much less making 6 figures.I'd have to be even more worried you're making that sort of a gain on a town home that the bottom is due to fall out of the RE market again.

I’m able to save money every month for a down payment but not sure if that’s the best route to get into the game.

In this game you have to take the good with the bad.

This gets you in the game of real estate investing.
