To answer your questions about "me"- I don't need to drive by the rental frequently, as long as there is a camera that can record the progress and the people (GC, REA, etc) supporting the effort are trustworthy and reliable, I am OK with being at a distance.

Personally I have found that folks who use the internet frequently think that everyone understands how to find people.

I would like to get a sense of what the Boston-area market looks like from the perspective of a new entrant who has no deal experience and is probably standing on a smaller capital base than most other investors in the market - a market that is probably priced higher than most other cities mentioned most frequently on BP podcasts.
