I think it's best that you learn to build relationship skills fast if you're serious about being a real estate investor.

I'm wanting to build my residual/passive income streams, so I know an onsite manager would be needed once up & running. 

I take a fairly personal approach and like to build a relationship with my borrowers, but the fees aren't ridiculous and the interest rates are reasonable 😊 reach out if you want to discuss. 

These are important factors to think about. 

As you gain experience and build equity, explore leveraging your existing properties to finance additional purchases.

They also don't factor in how long properties are sitting vacant at that price and also don't factor in how long tenants stay at that price.

My advice, as some others touched on, would be to find local real estate meetups, network with experts there and build relationships with them.

I am not opposed to the arbitration option but would prefer the deal to be structured more like a rent-to-own where I would build some equity.
