The reason I got it was to have access to MLS and maybe do the occasional listing that I came across while looking for investment properties.However, I'm already tired of having to have everything I do checked by my broker.

I have occasionally found contractors who want to base their billing on a large percentage of what they think I'm going to make on a particular project, instead of the size and complexity of the actual project at hand.While it is human nature to gripe about our bad experiences, it may be more productive to use social media to talk about (1) all of the great projects you are doing and (2) all of the positive experiences you are having with good contractors.

Let me say that the husband is the total opposite and has occasionally helped me out with no charges with the property.I ve thought of moving (out of my own house) and renting both units out.

That said, I realize that I can't make the world conform to my desires and I will continue to occasionally waste time looking at properties or reading ads for properties described as a "foreclosure" that don't meet my criteria.

I would think that not only do most wholesalers look exclusively for cash buyers (I do as well but I also realize that occasionally they sell retail), but they also look for *experienced* cash buyers.
