If you have a lot of time on your hands and would not be emotionally drained...then go for it.

The county first started out with 4 lines of septic drain lines but made me expand to 6 lines.

I had to clean a sink drain that was clogged from rice, long story but I did it myself in about an hour.

Now he needs to cut the wall and increase the drain size .

@Ellen AlvarezI think your question relates to the fact that you feel that I experience, and perhaps lack of knowledge, led you to make a choice to purchase a property that has been financially unsuccessful and a drain on your resources.So, in answer to this you question if education can be obtained through guru seminars, and the hard sell mentoring programs pitched at these seminars.While knowledge can be gained, much of it is unusable, worthless or plain incorrect.A much better way is to take real estate courses offered by state certified educators used to obtain or as continuing education for real estate licenses.

But where exactly that line is it's hard to say.For example I bought a place they wanted me to fix some draining and concrete.

But, the thing with LLC's and I'm not a lawyer but have been down this road enough times to know is that if you make one mistake the whole thing can be circumvented there goes money, time and effort down the drain, also from my understanding SLLC's are relatively new and still being tested by law, so no guarantee there.
