I'm debating markets (Chicago and STL) as well as individual neighborhoods / areas within those markets.

Basically I’m trying to figure out a surefire way to tell, if I buy a turnkey triplex through fha will the numbers align right to pay down the debt created as well as pay my own rent completely or partially.
